50 - 80L/min Diesel Pump 1" FBSP (Cougar)

COUGARS are self-priming pumps with cast iron pump bodies for diesel and biodiesel transfer only. They have IP55 motors fitted with rocker switches. They are fitted with internal filters, for trapping debris, which are easily accessible for cleaning. In addition, they have internal by-pass valves, which protect the pump (for up to 2 minutes) from pressure caused by a closed nozzle. Recommended suction lift is 3 metres, however with a foot valve, 5 metres is possible. They MUST NOT pump water, petrol, high viscosity liquids, chemicals, solvents or products with a low flash point.

Pumping kits are available as an optional extra:

COUGAR 50 kit: this comprises a manual nozzle*, hose fittings, strainer and 5 metres of 25mm rubber/PVC hose that can be cut to the required suction and discharge length.

COUGAR 80 kit: this comprises a manual nozzle*, hose fittings, strainer and 2 metres of 32mm rubber/PVC hose for the suction side and 3 metres of 25mm rubber/PVC hose for the delivery side. Alternative combinations up to 5 metres, in total, is available, on request. For ease of handling, and added protection, a full frame is a worthy investment as is also an optional extra. * Some cars will not accept this size of nozzle (please check with our sales department for guidance)
